Looking after client bottlings and managing our warehouse, services and cask supply is a key role at Braeburn. With a Masters in Chemical Engineering, James has worked in whisky for more than 10 years, from retail to being a Brand Ambassador in the Middle East. He is in love with the science of whisky and the discovery of how the spiritinteracts with the cask to create different flavour profiles. His favourite whisky is from a private bottling of Springbank from a cask once owned by his dad. His favourite distillery is The Isle of Jura Distillery. He even has a Jura tattoo on his arm to prove it!
